Nestled in the Chirripo-Brunca region, La Toboba Farm, run by Senel Campos Valverde and his son Alan, has a storied history dating back to 1968. Named after a local non-venomous snake, the farm’s commitment to biodiversity and environmental stewardship is profound. Their state-of-the-art micro-mill processes freshly harvested cherries using a natural method that accentuates the coffee’s vibrant flavours of mango, lemonade, and cream. This meticulous approach to cultivation and processing, combined with sustainable practices, makes their coffee a true reflection of the rich ecological and cultural heritage of the area.
