If you don’t, please contact us so we can try and trouble shoot for you. It could be as simple as adjusting the grind or changing the temperature on your machine to get the best out of your beans. We would love the opportunity to try and facilitate the best experience for you.
But if you’re still not loving our coffee, please return it back to us and we will issue you a refund of the cost of the beans purchased. You will just need to cover the shipping cost.
