Once dates and bookings have been finalised, a 30% deposit is due. The balance is payable three days prior to the event. Cancellations must be made no later than seven days prior.

Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to the event for a full refund of the deposit. The deposit is forfeited for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.

Yes, our chefs can cater to most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Please provide all dietary needs at least 7 days before your event so we can prepare accordingly

Guests are expected to dress appropriately. Thongs, singlets, and fluorescent work garments are not allowed

Children must be supervised at all times. Underage guests are welcome but must be accompanied by a legal guardian and must leave by 9:30 pm when the kitchen closes.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations. We ask that for large decorations you seek approval from our events manager and that nothing causes permanent damage. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your event.

PLACEHOLDER MUST CLARIFY

Yes, you may bring a cake from a commercial kitchen. We charge a 'cakeage' fee of $5 per person, which includes cutting and serving the cake for your guests.

There is ample street parking available on Dryburgh Street and in the surrounding area. Please advise your guests to be mindful of any time restrictions.

Rosso Coffee Experience is only a few hundred metres walk from both North Melbourne Station and the newly built Arden Station.
