The Ultimate Summer Pick Me Up: Cold Brew Tonic Recipe
Looking to stave off the summer heat and shake up your morning with a lighter more refreshing alternative to iced coffee? We've got just the thing for you.
Unlike a traditional iced coffee, an Espresso Tonic eschews the usual dairy substitutes for Tonic Water, adding a kick to the rich nuanced flavour of the cold brew.
Step 1. Add a shot of cold brew to a glass with ice. You can quickly make the cold brew yourself following our Cold brewing guide, Or you can use Boston black cold brew concentrate.
Step 2. Fill the remainder of the glass with a tonic of your choice. Add a squeeze of citrus to taste (we recommend orange or lime) and thats it! you're good to go.
