Nestor Lasso is part of a new generation of Colombian coffee producers focusing on innovative farming and processing techniques to unlock the full potential of his coffee cherries.

This particular offering is a blend of Pink Bourbon, Typica, and Castillo varietals. The Pink Bourbon, a rare and sought-after mutation, is prized for its delicate floral and sweet notes.
