BACKGROUND: Discover our newest single origin filter coffee from the high-altitude region of Nariño, Colombia. Grown between 2100 - 2150 metres above sea level, this Caturra varietal showcases the remarkable quality and clean flavours that come from high-elevation farming. This coffee is prepared using the honey process.

This means that a sticky layer of the coffee cherry's natural fruit is left on the bean while it dries in the sun. It requires a lot of care, but this method naturally enhances the body and brings out a beautiful, rich sweetness in your cup. When you taste this coffee, you will find bright, refreshing notes of mandarin perfectly balanced by the comforting, familiar flavours of brown sugar and roasted almond.
