Sourced from the renowned Guji Zone in Oromia, this coffee highlights exactly why we love Ethiopian origins. These beans are grown by smallholder farmers in garden plots at 1960 masl, where the high altitude allows the cherries to ripen slowly and develop rich sweetness.

This is a Natural process coffee, meaning the whole cherry is dried directly on the bean. Because this lot is Grade 1 - the highest standard for sorting - it keeps the cup incredibly clean and vibrant. Rather than the heavy funk sometimes found in naturals, you can expect a classic, tea-like body with fresh notes of strawberry, nectarine, and jasmine. It is a beautiful, accessible example of high-quality Ethiopian coffee.
